MWC day one: work from your wrist and more
This year’s MWC has kicked off with some exciting announcements courtesy of Huawei, HTC and Samsung – watch a quick round-up of the day’s big new headline devices in the video above, and read about some of the new ones below.
HTC One M9: working smarter just got faster
Among its many brilliant features, the new device from HTC has a cracking eight-core processor (meaning no more impatient foot tapping while you wait for your phone to load!)
Samsung: not one, but two new Galaxy phones
From Samsung we have the new S6 and the S6 Edge. No one wants to be stuck, unable to work without a battery and these phones provide the perfect solution: 10 minutes of charging will leave you with four hours of battery life. The devices also offer fast access to different applications, and you can send auto notifications to colleagues trying to contact you with a simple tap of your phone.
Huawei’s Android watch: notifications on your wrist
Of all Huawei’s announcements perhaps the most exciting is the new Android smartwatch that enables you to keep on top of notifications as you work on the move, with its pristine, sapphire crystal display.
