This week, my team and I have truly made our Unified Communications solution set stand out as a leader in the market thanks to our great partnership with Mitel.
Together we’ve unveiled Hosted MiCloud from O2, which provides business customers with simple and secure collaboration and communications services. We can now help UK businesses dramatically reduce costs, complexity and support levels, while still boosting their customer service through simple and fully managed services.
This new offering is known as Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) but in the interests of simplicity Hosted MiCloud is a much better option. A solution like this promotes huge increases in productivity and business agility, all through a centrally managed unified communications admin portal. There’s one management team to take care of everything, which means that our customers can focus more time on their customers. The platform works seamlessly with other business applications like Skype, Salesforce, Google and more, and it’s extremely secure so customers can be confident that information and applications are safe in the cloud.
Depending on customer needs, the service can be scaled up or down on a monthly subscription basis with continuous monitoring and clear service level agreements. Our customers can also take advantage of O2 Gateway, the UK’s first integrated network to combine fixed, mobile and wifi, along with the relevant online applications and software from Mitel. This creates a single complete unified communications network.
