At MWC 2021, Customer Experience is just one of this year’s key themes. Starting with the premise that the customer journey needs to be simple, tailored and engaging, personalisation and seamless experiences will be key to enabling brands to innovate.  

As a mobile company with connectivity at its heart, it’s inevitable that pretty much everything we do at O2 is focused on the customer experience. It underpins how we treat our mobile customers, of course, but the data, intelligence and services we offer our business customers enables them to understand and serve their own customers too.
